When you are invited to join a business account, you will receive an email from the Konnectclub platform. Follow the instructions from the email invite and walk through the process. Please note: invitation link may expire after some time. Below is an example of an invitation email.
Once you click the link, you will be asked to log-in to Konnectclub platform with your user credentials. If you do not have a user account, you can sign-up for one in this process. You will always have only one set of user credentials on Konnectclub, but you can manage any number of business accounts.
Tip
During the sign-up process, please skip the part for “creating a social profile”, unless you also intend to use Konnectclub social groups platform as a member yourself.
