If you selected Pre-Recorded Video Streaming<\/a> as your streaming mode, then you must upload a video file before the schedule start of the event. You will see an option to upload the video file on the event page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start by clicking Upload Video<\/kbd>, select the video file from your local disk, then click Upload<\/kbd> at the bottom right corner and wait for the upload to finish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/strong>
Large file upload can take a while. Make sure that your computer maintains a strong internet connection and that your browser tab remains active and on the foreground during the entire upload process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Watch Uploaded Video<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can watch an uploaded video any time before <\/em>the event by clicking the Test<\/kbd> button. During the event, you can do the same by clicking the Connect<\/kbd> button instead. You can watch the video in two different modes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Use Watch Live<\/kbd> to join a live watch party that will allow you to see reactions from other viewers tuned in and share\/respond to comments in real-time. The viewer cannot fast-forward or rewind the video. This will be the mode that your customers will see if they tune in during <\/em><\/strong>the event.<\/li>
  • Use Watch VOD<\/kbd> to see the video with rewind and fast-forward capabilities. This will be the mode that your customers will see if they tune in after <\/em><\/strong>the event. Live reactions are not available in this mode.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Replace Uploaded Video<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If you wish to upload a new video to replace the current one, you can do so by clicking the Test<\/kbd> <\/em>button and then selecting the Upload<\/kbd> tab before <\/em><\/strong>the event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Re-upload can be performed even after <\/em><\/strong>the event. To do that, you would need to click Manage<\/kbd> button on the event and then select the Upload<\/kbd> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please note the enforced limit on number of re-uploads allowed per month per account. Once your account has reached the limit, you will not be able to upload replacement videos until the next month.
