You can watch the live-stream directly on the event page using your web-browser. You do not need to download another software or follow a link to access the live-stream.
We recommend using Google Chrome on Android devices, PC, Mac, and Safari on iOS devices for viewing the interactive live-stream. Due to many connection issues on iOS platforms (see the list below), we recommend using a non-iOS device, if available.
Many Smart TVs do not have the latest web browser installed and thus may not be able to directly connect to the live-stream. You may still be able to cast your computer or device screen to your TV. Please follow your device/TV specific guides available on the internet for this.
For the complete list of browsers and troubleshooting guide, please see the list below. If you do not see a web-browser on this list, it is not officially supported and might experience issues if you try to use that.
Note: Konnectclub App for iOS and Android cannot be used to watch live streams. Please use one of the supported browsers below on your device.

✔ Safari on macOS (latest version, 12.1+) ✔ Safari on iOS 12.2+ (recommended iOS 14.3+) 👍 Audio issues - if you can see the video but do not hear any audio, try the following: (1) Make sure that the browser provided mute button on the video, if visible, is not muted. (2) Click the Pause button on the video to temporarily pause and play it again (this is a workaround for a Safari browser bug in iOS 14+), (3) Close and reopen your web-browser and then reconnect. (4) Try another web-browser, or try another device. Additionally, make sure that Low Power Mode is NOT activated. This turns on automatically when your battery level is low. With low power mode activated, you may not be able to watch the live-stream or hear the audio. |

Getting Access to Live Stream or Recording
A ticket is required to gain access to the live-stream or recording of a virtual event. You can purchase a ticket and use it right away. If you already have a ticket, click the Watch button on the screen while the live-streaming is happening during the event.
If you have created an account for yourself while purchasing the ticket, the ticket code will be automatically available in your account and you will not be prompted to enter it. Otherwise, copy the code from the ticket email and enter here. If you just purchased a ticket and haven't closed your web-browser, the ticket code will be automatically populated for you.
Important: One ticket code can only be used to watch the live-stream on one screen at a time. If the same ticket code is used to connect again, the previous live-stream session will be automatically disconnected.
If a recording is made available by the event organizer, you will be able to watch the recording up to 24 hours after the event using your ticket code.
